About Kirriemuir Park
Mares & Foals - 2007
At Kirriemuir Park, our aim is to create a horse in miniature proportion. We look for confirmation, refinement, elegance, movement and, most importantly, temperament.
We established our stud in 1993. During those days it was based on Australian miniature pony bloodlines. In 1995 our stud took a huge turn towards the miniature horse world, with the purchase of Lucky Four Don Amigo from the states. Through selective breeding with this little guy, we had the correct ingredients to produce those exceptional types that are certainly a miniature proportion of their bigger cousins. Being a small stud allows us to concentrate on purchasing only the best mares to produce top quality foals each year.
